CEO couple based in West Hollywood seeking a stellar personal assistant with min 5+ years experience. Must own a vehicle as the position is based 50% out of the couple’s home and 50% out of the couple’s office. We are looking for an energetic, tech-savvy, self-starter who thrives on independent-based work.

This is a full-time position. Salary is commensurate with experience, 60-70k+ and eligible for benefits.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
◦ Anticipating CEO’s needs at home and at office
◦ Organizing travel and bookings
◦ Light bookkeeping
◦ Paying bills and managing household staff
◦ Lunch/dinner pick up as needed
◦ Grocery shopping
◦ Caring for 2 adorable bichon frises
◦ Occasional school pick up for children
◦ Processing returns/handling heavy boxes
◦ Maintaining the family’s heath and medical records
◦ Calendar management

Requirements:
◦ 4-year degree from accredited college or university 
◦ Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant (not only Executive experience please)
◦ Excellent references from both current and previous employers 
◦ Prioritizing executive tasks and multi-task effectively 
◦ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
◦ Professional mindset and strong interpersonal skills
◦ Ability to work independently with little to no guidance
◦ Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills 
◦ Valid driver’s license
◦ United States work authorization
