Personal Assistant needed for Real Estate tycoon in Santa Monica! The client lives in San Francisco, but has an office in Santa Monica, so you should feel comfortable communicating mainly over text/email. The client is in LA approx 40% of the year.
You will be responsible for managing his busy personal life, including helping plan events (both for business and personal!) The principle has a home in Bel Air, and will need you to manage vendors, cleaning crews, stocking the home with all necessities, run local errands (UPS/dry cleaning, etc) and working hand in hand with his Executive Assistant. The client has offices in Northern California as well, so you should be a true team player as there are a few assistants you will be joining to help keep this busy family man’s life on track!
Must have a college degree, and at least 3 years full time experience working in a support role! Must know Google Cal, Microsoft office, and all Apple Products (we want to find someone who is tech savvy who can keep him up to date with all newest apps & tech trends relevant to his life and work!)
