Our client is looking for a traveling chef who is based in Los Angeles, is supremely flexible, will travel at the drop of a hat, and works well with a team just as well as they can work on their own. Not a clock watcher, caters to the pickiest of eaters. Schedule can be 6-10 days before days off. This is not a fixed schedule position but one that varies week by week and sometimes day by day. Excellent references are a must as they will be checked! Most of the cooking will take place in Beverly Hills and Carpinteria with occasional travel to North Carolina, Oregon, and NYC.
The family is looking to see candidates immediately and do trial meals this week.
