Personal Assistant needed for Wellness Entrepreneur in Malibu

We are looking for an organized, tech savvy, hip and intelligent PA to manage all home and personal needs. You will work out of a gorgeous ocean front home in Malibu, Monday-Friday, from 9am-6pm. Please have excellent computer skills and be experienced with all Apple products, Microsoft Office including Excel, Quickbooks is a plus. You should know all the hotspots for restaurants and travel locally and abroad as your new boss loves to taste and go on adventures! Please be dog friendly and happy to help pick up a teenager after school if needed. You might be asked to stay late a few times a year, but this is mostly a 9-6 position.

The ideal candidate is a former EA with talent agency experience and/or a current PA who has supported other HNW clients and values a loyal boss who appreciates your confidential nature. Please have a college degree, excellent references and at least 3-5+ years of experience.

Salary is 80-100k DOE, health insurance, mileage reimbursement for all miles driven for work purposes, paid sick days, paid holidays and 2 weeks paid of vacation.
