This is the dream job if you love to coordinate, plan and purchase! Our long time client is looking for a wonderful PA to help keep her and her family’s lives organized. You will be assisting with travel itineraries, event planning, gifting, organizing and finding cool events around the city. Our ideal person is tech savvy; you will be the one the family leans on to find the most interesting travel/food/cultural activities locally and abroad. You should have exquisite taste as you will be in charge of the extensive gifting yearly. One day will be based in their Brentwood home and the other hours can be done remotely.
You should have excellent communication skills and be free to commit 16 hours a week to this great family! $25-35/hour on payroll, DOE. Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience as a PA for a family/individual – and ideally, a college degree. Huge plus if you are great with social media as the Mom’s new business could use some TLC!
