Brilliant Philanthropist and former Diplomat is in need of an excellent Executive Assistant to keep her world running smoothly. You will be working in a beautiful home office in Bel Air managing all business and philanthropic efforts of your new boss. This is an opportunity for an Executive Assistant with a service minded heart to support a wonderful boss making a difference in the world. You will love managing a dynamic calendar based on lunches with Ambassadors, volunteer trips to Africa and fundraisers for a myriad of causes. Your day to day will include letter writing, calendar management, travel arrangements, event planning, coordinating with household staff and interacting with many interesting people from politicians to artists and more.
The perfect person has 3-5+ years of experience supporting a busy Executive, a college degree, fantastic written and oral communication, strong computer skills and a compassionate heart. You love crafting thank you notes and researching the most efficient travel hacks. Your new boss often has family and friends coming to visit and you enjoy greeting everyone with kindness. Ideally, you have also worked in a home office before. Familiarity with supporting a boss who sits on several boards and understanding the intricate details that go into managing all of their engagements and travel is essential, plus great anticipation skills.
Salary is DOE, we want to find the perfect person. Your schedule will be typically be Monday-Friday, 11am-7pm. This is truly a wonderful opportunity, and our client is ready to hire the right person!
