We are looking for one of our vetted candidates to help our for 2-3 months! Someone who can start ASAP, ideally September 8th. Please have the ability to cook for a large group, family of 5 plus a few staff members. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7am-7pm. Healthy meals and a willingness to take direction as well as cook around dietary restrictions. Three to four days a week, and flexibility is a must as you will be sharing the 7 days a week with the other Chef. Great on a team. Ideally knowledgeable with Mediterranean, Asian, and Indian cuisine on top of California fresh and Vegetarian/Vegan.
Breakfast is 7:30am, dinner 12:30pm, dinner 6:15pm.
