We are looking for a creative, experienced, warm and down to earth Chef who is excited to make family dinners, stock the pantry and fridge, as well as leave some lunch items, Monday-Thursday, 1-7pm.
The family loves to stay on the healthier side but still loves their steak and potatoes in addition to farro salads with roasted salmon. One of the children is gluten and diary free. They love to have fresh produce from the farmers market and appreciate menus created based on what is in season. Dinner is usually served around 6:30pm and they will be so appreciative for you to stay and clean up. They like to have dinner family style as it is the parents and children all eating together.
This client would love a Chef who is super comfortable and experienced in a family home setting. We would love to see any culinary school and some interesting California cuisine restaurants on your resume in addition to at least one Private Chef position. If you are open to also helping with Carpool for the kids, that would be a huge plus!
Salary is DOE + paid vacation, holidays and sick days.
