Estate Manager

We have a job in West Hollywood for a high profile family. Family is looking for a real estate manager- a candidate with longevity in their positions , experience in managing staff and take command of the two homes and properties. Job entails travel , scheduling, gift buying and many more executive assistant duties. Candidate must be willing to work long days and travel . When you are in the desert you are in the house with the family and on call 24/7 , you are always working . You will be in Palm Desert the a few weekends in the fall, two weeks in December, last week of January ,there a few weekends in the winter, the whole month of March , some of April. Summer is in Romania where mom is from . We are currently looking for an absolute professional, someone who can prioritize and delegate. You will go above and beyond for this family and be loyal. The family loves to entertain, so being in charge of dinner parties and events would be wonderful. Must travel…looking for someone with a strong administrative side ; someone who can do quick books and managie expenditures, receipts , keep track of all the family and staff’s credit card accounts and codethem, etc. etc.
