This kind unassuming mature couple is looking for a self-starter that knows how to take care of different surfaces from wood, to metal to marble. They will not micromanage!!! You will be in complete charge of your systems in how to manage the home from inventory, to the vendors, to organizing the closets and pantry. There is minimal laundry as the sheets go to the dry cleaners, and the lady of the house likes doing her own laundry. they have a small hypoallergenic dog that might need a walk now and then.
