Lovely Brentwood Mom and CEO of the House is in need of a polished educated hyper organized Personal Assistant and House Manager

The most down to earth and busy Mom is in need of an incredible assistant to keep her world running smoothly! We are looking for a Swiss Army Knife – someone capable and resourceful who can handle whatever is thrown their way, and figure things out.
This Mom (about to be an empty nester!) needs a lovely, tech savvy, resourceful, organized part time assistant to help her with all the projects going on! The position will most likely be 20 hours a week. Most likely 2-3 days a week in person and then some remote hours supporting on emails texts calls.
The house is very high tech, so they need someone who understands the intricacies of home systems and who is comfortable working closely with vendors (AV, HVAC, alarm, etc). Day-to-day tasks include grocery shopping, keeping the house stocked, moving projects along, and keeping an eye on the overall maintenance of the house.
Please be Covid vaccinated, fluent in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and have a few years of assistant experience to be considered. Hourly rate is totally DOE based on your experience and skill set.
The ideal candidate has another part time job and is looking to fill their week. Start date is TBD:
likely in August, but we are meet to meet anyone wonderful as soon as they are available.
This is a wonderful client, we have helped her for years and know first hand how great she is to work for. The current assistant is only leaving to move home, out of LA, otherwise she’d stay for many more years!
