Lovely couple needs property manager with construction knowledge

WE are lucky to be representing this family that has had their last person for 21 years! he retired at 64 and they are looking for a new person. The job will be typically from 8:30-4:30 Monday – Friday – you will be responsible for walking their 5 family homes (small homes) to make sure the vendors are taking care of them properly, overseeing and getting prices for construction, handling maintenance, overseeing the 3 part time housekeepers. Other then the property management, you will also be asked to drive the gentleman to the airport once a month, and possibly to dinner 2 x a month. this is an early drive between 6 and 8. Other then that, a generous salary and benefits are offered. Helpful if you speak Spanish!
