Lovely family looking for their Hospitality Manager

This is a dream job to work with the most amazing family. This is a complex wine estate just north of Sonoma, CA in the town of Glen Ellen. Over 125 acres encompass several adjacent parcels; in addition, there is a 52 acre parcel on the Mayacamas Ridge which is about a 10 minute drive from the Sonoma Valley floor property. This is a working ranch with multiple business ventures including: vineyards; a winery; a cottage food business; a lake pavilion; an event hall; and a private railroad. We have a team of people running various entities. This person will be fully responsible for managing or maintaining all estate assets, particularly regarding the winery and tasting room. You have two housekeepers who will report into you. It is the intention to create a Hospitality Team for the estate activities. If this job is perfect for you please reach out immediately.
