Companion/Caregiver Needed for Hip Senior on UES

We have a wonderful, hip and quick-witted senior lady looking for a weekend companion caregiver. She has had MS for over 40 years, so she is in a wheelchair other than for short distances around her home. The ideal candidate will need to be strong as you will be pushing her for walks in a wheelchair and at times, needing to help her balance etc. We are also looking for someone who enjoys having conversations with the client, vs playing on your phone and watching TV. This wonderful woman enjoys chatting, playing games and going for walks. You are also okay to help with small tasks around the house such as tidying up papers and helping clean up the kitchen after she eats etc. Must be comfortable assisting the client after she uses the bathroom, changing her if she has an accident and helping with a bath, although her weekday caregiver mostly does this. It’s a bonus if you love to cook, but not required. Overall, we are looking for that lovely spirited companion who knows to put her phone down when she’s on the clock and can assist where needed!
