Loyal Brentwood Family Assistant Wanted

Wonderful family in Brentwood is looking for a new Family Assistant. The last person we placed stayed five years and only left the position when she became a Mom herself! There are three children in the home; ages 14, 11 & 7 + two small doggies. Mom is hands on, but works full-time. She is looking to hire an energetic former camp counselor type who will play & play with the 7-year old and LOVES TO ORGANIZE. This role involves a good deal of ORGANIZATION (i.e. pantry, play room, drawers etc.). The schedule is on the early side — the former Family Assistant worked 7:30am to 3:30pm. The hours may shift to a bit later — but generally speaking — it’s a daytime job that will wrap up before/around dinner. That said — we are looking for candidates who can be FLEXIBLE as needed and will be willing to stay late (with advance notice) when Mom/Dad go out for dinner. We are looking for candidates who display LOYALTY on their resume (versus bopping from job to job) — have a PERFECT driving record and are HIGHLY organized and willing to jump in wherever help is needed. The family is very cautious around Covid and additionally want to identify candidates who are equally responsible & respectful. Pay is in the $25/hour range + medical, dental, vision & life insurance, and long-term disability after 60 days of employment, paid holidays and vacation and paid sick days.
