Estate Manager needed in the Hamptons

We are looking for a top tier, experienced polished and professional Estate Manager in the Hamptons.

This is a vacation retreat for our clients, and we need to find a couple who can keep the home running smoothly throughout the year.

The family usually visits the Hamptons every Thanksgiving, as well as lives in property most summer months.

Although the family is casual, they want to find an EM who lives for service: formal service will be required when they have dinner parties, and they will want to find someone who can run the home like a Boutique Hotel well as manage vendors and part time and/or seasonal staff.

The clients have a Head Estate Manager in LA, who you will be working hand in hand with, communicating constantly about the principals and their needs. You should be a true team player, with a “no job is too big or too small” mentality. You should also be flexible to travel to their multiple residences in Manhattan approx once a week. There is a House Manager in the city who you will be working hand in hand with.

Must have a minimum of 10 years recent experience working as an Estate Manager for High Net Worth Individuals. This is a HUGE job, and we are looking for someone who not only meets the requirements but who also has a lovely personality. You will be spending lots of time with the principals when they are at the Estate, and we want to find a cultured, sophisticated person who can blend into their lifestyle.

Salary DOE.

Spanish Speaking is ideal!

This is a live out position, so you will need to find your own housing nearby.
