Career PA needed for A List Actress

We are looking for a career Personal Assistant who has worked in show business for a minimum of 10 years. Must have worked for an A List Actor/Actress, Director or Producer. Must have worked on a set and traveled with a client. Long term references are required – we are looking for someone who is loyal, discreet, understands the intricacies of working for a High Profile person.

Our client has a runner, and needs a more SR Level assistant who can manage their calendar, liaison with their spouses PA as well as with agents/publicists/managers and other business professionals.

College degree required.

This is a M-F position, but you should be checking your phone/emails for such things as call time changes, travel plans and emergencies.

Our client is looking for a gatekeeper who can step in as their right hand and become part of his work family. We want to find someone who can stay for years!
