Large Management/Production company seeks an office manager with human resources experience. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills given extensive interactions with staff, clients, and studio executives. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must in this high-volume office. The job duties include coordinating with building facilities personnel; liaising with outside IT, copier and phone providers; supervising all office maintenance including artwork installations and office moves; ordering and stocking all supplies for the company; maintaining client and employee birthday lists and purchasing cards and gifts; and coordinating large corporate parties and functions. In addition, the candidate will on-board new personnel and screen and on-board interns. The ideal candidate will have at least two years working as an office manager and/or HR associate.
