On Call Personal Assistant Concierge needed in NYC

We are looking for an extremely organized and professional PA in NYC to work for an LA client: you will be their “physical presence” in NYC, handling vendors, deliveres and anything else that cannot be done from the West Coast.

This is essentially an ON CALL position (with the understanding that you may not be readily available 24/7 100% of the time.) This is the perfect position for someone who has a other clients and wants a few extra hours every week/month.

Salary DOE.

MUST have current and recent experience working as a Personal Assistant for High Profile/High Net Worth clients in NYC. We want to find someone with an extensive rolodex who is well connected and can help run their NYC apt. The client has a housekeeper that you may work with from time to time as necessary.
