This is your opportunity to support one of the loveliest families and their incredible Chief of Staff, no kidding, you would be SO lucky to join this team. They want to meet you if you are a responsible, world-class, proactive, well-organized, timely, efficient, detail-minded Personal Assistant. You get to partner one on one with mom, dad and Chief of Staff with variety of tasks related to day-to-day life and estate management, communications and team coordination as it relates to the family and overall operation of the family office. You will help manage the principals’ calendar, coordinating a busy meeting schedule, and often working with multiple time zones. They need you to plan, confirm and manage meetings, reservations, appointments, travel arrangements and complex itineraries. Maintaining the principals’ confidentiality is a priority, as well as managing family and team parties and events, attend to extended family members’ various requests and travel accommodations. You will be experienced in handling a wide range of support related tasks and be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This role requires a high degree of intelligence, experience, maturity, and savvy. Must have 5plus years as a Senior Executive Assistant, bachelor’s degree, Family Office experience a Major Plus Private home experience as well, ability to work well with outside professionals, internal staff and principals, have a strong service orientation and understand and “get” personal service, trustworthy and honest is a must.
