We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide part-time support, based in Los Angeles, with an understanding of working across time zones (Los Angeles and London). The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day tasks with professionalism, flexibility, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the diary and schedule
- Arrange personal trainers and medical appointments
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking travel, taxis, Ubers
- Organize social events and personal engagements
- Oversee personal tasks such as checking the closet and ensuring the office is tidy
- Create and manage to-do lists, reminder lists, and call lists
- Communicate with bankers and handle financial coordination 
- Assist with spreadsheets and basic data management

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
- Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with professionals such as bankers
- Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular hours to accommodate different time zones (Los Angeles and London)

Note: This role is part-time and based in Los Angeles, but will require some flexibility in working hours to handle tasks related to the executive’s needs in London.
