Part Time Household Manager job in Potrero Hill

One of my most fun clients is seeking an energetic, organized, flexible, and proactive person to help manage a wide variety of household, administrative, and project-based responsibilities. This is a part-time role (10-15 hours a week) supporting two adults with no children or pets. The ideal candidate enjoys creating order and cleanliness, tackling projects, solving problems, and helping things run smoothly without needing constant direction. The primary responsibility is keeping the household organized, functional, and tidy. This may include organizing closets, storage areas, basements, paperwork, and household systems; coordinating contractors and vendors; assisting with remodeling projects; running errands; planning travel; researching solutions; and helping keep household and remodel-related projects moving forward. The principal travels periodically throughout the year, sometimes for extended periods, and may need assistance managing projects and vendors during those times. The principal manages a chronic health condition. No caregiving or medical training is required. However, flexibility is important. At times, this may include driving to appointments, picking up prescriptions, running errands, or helping keep projects moving forward during illness flare-ups. After trust has been established, the role has the potential to evolve into more project-based work, including administrative and professional support for the principal’s company.
