Part time houseman gardener needed in Brentwood

Gardener Houseman
– probably part-time 3 days week
– we would still keep our maintenance company for mowing, hedge pruning, etc. but I want someone who will do the fine pruning, plant care, weeding, etc.
– maintain outdoor furniture, light fixtures
– Would be great if they could also do
– light repairs handyman work
– maintain cars
– garbage removal and recycling
– help housekeepers with heavy cleaning inside
– Oversee home maintenance – HVAC, plumbing, electric issues, etc.
