Part time Houseman needed three days in Santa Monica.

Houseman needed three days a week for a Santa Monica single woman. This is 8 hours a days, client prefers Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday but she is flexible. Client pays $30 per hour on the books. Duties include managing pool ( you will be trained) taking out the trash, bringing in the trash cans, cleaning out the yard and the leaves, watering the plants, basic landscaping knowledge, ability to help with handyman work inside and outside of the house.
