Our client is looking for a tech savvy, discrete, sophisticated and organized assistant to help manage her personal life. She has a very busy business life, and sits on several boards as well as travels so it’s an interesting combination to juggle.

She and her husband have an active social life, so part of the work is organizing invitations for her social engagements, coordinating with her husband’s assistant, facilitating tickets and more.

You’ll work out of her home office three days a week. She can be flexible on which days, but weekdays are what she’s looking for with a start time of 9:30am. You’ll also be in charge of extensive gifting (business and personal,) returns exchanges for her shopping, writing thank you notes and making sure all the important people in her life get birthday cards and or gifts.

If you have worked as an assistant at the LA Phil, that is her dream hire. Regardless, an assistant with exceptional follow through is the dream. Please be experienced using PCs, Microsoft Office and ChatGBT.

The client is offering $40-50 an hour, DOE plus help to cover your health insurance costs. Major holidays off and paid, sick days and paid time off over the end of year holidays as well.
