Our lovely clients are looking for a great new personal assistant who can manage their home! They’ve had the same employee for years, who is only leaving to pivot their career and start an entirely new role. They love him, and are going to miss him!

We are looking for an assistant who can work three days a week, 8 hours a day. You will work on site to meet vendors, do walk throughs and projects as needed. There will also be computer work that can be done remotely. We’d love an assistant who is organized, a self starter, creative with gifts and holiday decorations, strong with research, has excellent vendors in your contacts already and is great at thinking of ahead of how to schedule maintenance.

The family has two children, a nanny, a chef and service vendors. It’s a great group! The house is in Santa Monica, near Montana Ave. and close to the beach. It’s a historical home so there are quirks to the fixing and maintenance. They just did an inside renovation, but you still need to managing the issues and schedule repairs. We’d love if the new hire is based on the westside near the family.

We are looking for an assistant who can comfortably use Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Apple products, comfortable around dogs, and great with vendor management. Major plus if you have a great eye for design!

Hourly rate for this role is $45 an hour, DOE. The family will guarantee 24 hours a week. This family truly is amazing, please let us know if you are their next wonderful employee!
