Part Time Personal Assistant needed for nicest Beverly Hills Mom who runs a wonderful Non Profit

These clients are the best! Mom is busy running her Non Profit and Dad is a busy Lawyer. Mom also loves spending time with their toddler when he’s not in preschool. Their beloved assistant is leaving after 3 years, she moved further away and just won’t be able to do the commute.
We are looking for someone who understands how a family home functions. How to stock items and keep an inventory, run errands, manage shopping and returns, Christmas Card Lists, reminders for birthdays, travel planning and more. Assist with booking vendors and managing any repairs in their Beverly Hills home, as well as their 2 other homes outside of LA.
On the Non Profit side, our client would love your help with her fundraising efforts, putting together the annual gala, and any other ad hoc projects that need doing.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who thinks ahead, is proactive, loves to plan, anticipate their bosses needs and really takes pride in getting to know what the family needs. They do have someone that comes to clean the house, and a part time Nanny.
Please be Tech Savvy, be able to manage calendars, Excel spreadsheets, and pick up new programs.
The schedule been Tuesdays and Fridays, ideally, we would love to keep it this way, but there might be some flexibility to change the days. Also, while there is a lot of in person work, part of the work can be done at your own home, and they are fine with that. The client will guarantee 20 hours a week, and offers sick days, and PTO as well. The hourly rate is $35-40 an hour, DOE and mileage will be reimbursed when you are running errands for the family.
