Part Time Personal Assistant needed for Santa Monica Lady in a Formal Home

We are looking for someone who can work three days a week, (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Our client prefers someone with a Bachelor’s degree, who is well read and is polite. If you have an interest in art that would be a huge plus, but definitely not required. $30-35 an hour on payroll, DOE.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience supporting a HNW client as a Personal Assistant in Formal Home. Please be tech savvy and have great problem solving skills. This is the perfect job for someone starting their own business or who has another part time role. We are looking for at least a 2-3 years commitment, ideally longer.

You understand how every detail matters when working in a private home and formal setting. You do refer your boss as Mrs. and respect the boundaries between your Principal and the staff. Many of the employees in this home have been here for years. If you understand how to “of service” and not take things personally, you will be a great fit.

Your time will mostly be in the home office, but you will also go to the family office close by to pick up mail and do occasional paperwork.
