Partially REMOTE Personal Assistant for Celebrity needed in Beverly Hills with amazing follow through

Sense of humor and a great work ethic is a must! You will be supporting a Celebrity with a dynamic life and wonderful team! This is a DREAM JOB for a Personal Assistant who is excited to manage a gorgeous home in the hills. This client is single, no partner, no kids and no pets. You will work in person at the house on Tuesdays 10:30am-7/8pm, and Fridays 9am-6/7pm – the rest of the week you can work remotely, at home in LA. You will manage the home, schedule vendors, take in packages, pack and unpack your employer, travel ahead to prepare her home for any on set needs about a week at a time, and do whatever is needed to support her. You will get to work closely with the Executive Assistant who manages all business needs. This is a wonderful job for someone with at least 1-3+ years of experience supporting a dynamic Celebrity, Creative Executive or High Net Worth Individual.

Must be fully vaccinated for Covid, tech savvy, fluent with Google Suite, Apple products and extremely resourceful. You can plan parties, find hard to source gifts, coordinate travel itineraries and love taking care of your boss.

Medical, Dental and Vision insurance are offered + 401k and a Salary of 55-65k to start – eligible for a raise up to 80k after you have proven yourself 3 months into the job, plus PTO.
