Personal Assistant and House Manager Hybrid position needed to support a Businessman

Full time House Manager/Assistant needed! The ideal assistant would be a bright, hardworking and very organized individual who knows how to support a busy entrepreneur. In this role you will be expected to jump in and help out in all areas of the household and the job requires someone who enjoys wearing different “hats.” An ideal candidate would be articulate, personable, with the ability to multi-task and keep extremely organized. Some responsibilities would include: personal shopping, errands, coordinating extensive travel, paying bills, car maintenance, setting up appointments, internet research, event planning, setting up for dinner parties, supervising staff and being the main point of contact for this individual. You will split your tim between Los Angeles and Mexico (about 1-2 weeks/month) – this is a requirement as you will overseeing two properties. Ability to be reached by phone and email at all times is a must as our client is looking for someone flexible. A college degree is preferred and must FLUENT IN SPANISH. Will have to work occasional holidays and weekends.

Salary: 80k+ DOE
