Personal Assistant and Organizer needed for wonderful Santa Monica
We are looking for a lovely self-starter to help this family stay organized! You will be doing everything from managing files to basic bookkeeping to calling the plumber. They have two adorable middle school aged children (they have a nanny so you will not be doing childcare) but will be the liaison to the schools and mom’s eyes and ears. There is a lot of organization to be done and they are hoping you will sweep in and create systems and create easy shortcuts for them. You will be working mostly independently and it is very important you are able to stay on task and be extremely communicative with your boss. The ideal person has strong office management skills, is tech savvy, can create simple Excel spreadsheets, pay bills and is an excellent organizer. We are hoping you have 5+ years of experience in a private home and have wonderful references to support how great you are! They do have two small dogs, please be fur friendly!
This is a Monday-Friday position and you will be guaranteed 30 hours/week but most likely, will need you closer to 40 hours. You will work between the hours of 8am-5pm. They are offering $25-30/hour based on your experience.
