Personal Assistant/Estate Manager Opening!

HNW Couple recently purchased three properties. There is the primary home, a second ‘office’ property, and a large guest house. You will be responsible for all three homes. The guest house is about to undergo a huge renovation which will fall under your management. We are looking an extremely service-oriented individual who has experience in the corporate world (strong preference for hotel experience) as well as experience in a private home. This is a multifaceted role so it’s important that you have experience as a Personal/Family Assistant and a House/Estate Manager. You should have a ’no job too small’ attitude and should be able to handle the tech-savvy Assistant duties, i.e. grocery store runs, event planning, gift buying, travel/project/vendor management, and heavy admin — and you should also have a strong estate background with experience creating home systems and protocol, writing manuals, hiring/firing & training staff and handling extensive construction administration. You will liaise regularly with the family office. The Principals are fun, creative & extremely busy. You have to think three steps ahead and be wiling to keep up no matter what. This is an INCREDIBLE opportunity to grow with an important young family, new to Los Angeles.
