Personal Assistant for busy Westside family

This family of 5 is in need of a great family assistant. The three dogs are probably the biggest deal here – 3 poodles that need a lot of attention. Shopping is huge too – so having good taste is important. There is a range of projects that can range from travel arrangements and insurance claims. You will be responsible for vendors that come to the home, you will be handling the schedule and communicating the needs of that vendor. During the holidays you are doing a lot of holiday shopping. Packing is also a big part of the job as they travel a lot – you will be responsible for packing. The job is a morning part time job from 8-12 or 9 to 1. The children are 15 and 17, and the oldest one just went off to college The family has a chef and a full time housekeeper so those duties are well taken care of!
