Personal assistant for Creative Businesswoman
Do you enjoy making order out of chaos? We have an art dealer/ gallery owner/ savvy businesswoman whose life keeps getting bigger and she needs a professional personal assistant to keep it all in order. Everything from managing her home affairs to taking charge of her holiday gifting to getting the dogs to the groomer will be on your to do list. You will be working out of her home office in a beautiful Hollywood Hills property. While you will be based out of the home, you will be charged with running errands and moving around town. It is important that you are a great team player as you will be coordinating with her executive assistant as well as her housekeeper. It would be great if you have experience party planning, using Quickbooks and knowing how to troubleshoot all Apple products. This businesswoman is extremely busy and is looking for a mature, professional and experienced assistant who does not need a lot of direction. You will be working with the accountant on her financials and will also handle all the bill paying.
This is an incredible opportunity for a career PA who wants to grow with their boss. Ideal candidate will be a college graduate, have 5+ years of PA experience (hopefully, at least a few of those year in a home office,) have a service attitude, be very tech savvy and a can do attitude.
The schedule is dreamy! Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm with flexibility though that is not the norm. Salary is 60-70k, DOE.
