Personal Assistant for Entertainment Icon

We are looking for an organized, compassionate, flexible and committed assistant who can keep this person’s life running smoothly. You should be just as comfortable working from a home office as being on set and traveling months at a time.

There will be times when you are home based in LA for months, but then go on the road for a film. You should have incredible Executive Assistant skills but love being out and about and thrive in the personal as well. You love finding those hard to grab gifts that sell out and know how to obtain them. No task is too small or too big!

The ideal person is college educated, a great problem solver, very flexible with their schedule and experienced supporting an A-List Actor/Singer/Director. We are only considering PA’s with high profile experience and would love to see that you have worked at an agency or music label at some point in your career.

You be available 24/7 and this is on-call position. The position is offering 60-80k DOE plus health and dental insurance.
