Personal Assistant for High Net Client on the Peninsula

We are looking for the most organized PA to work for a High Profile family in Atherton. You will be the primary point of contact for the employer, so you should be poised and well spoken- the perfect “first impression” for the Principal. You will handle 99% of all correspondence including emails and hand written thank you notes.

Typical daily responsibilities include but are not limited to: family calendar management, manage ongoing household projects, vendor research and vetting, oversee household budget and expenses, run local errands and ensure that the home is running smoothly.

The family is very social and loves to entertain, so you should have experience planning sophisticated events from 5 guests to 200 including supervision of wait staff, bartenders and caterers on day of event.

You will be working hand in hand with the Estate Manager, Chef, Handyman, Nannies and Housekeepers. You should be a team player, who is willing to roll up their sleeves if needed.

Schedule is Monday through Friday (approx 8a-6p), but please be flexible to work occasional weekend as needed.

Must have a minimum of 5 years recent, FULL TIME, experience working for a High Net Worth family in the area. You should have a college degree, and have long term references. Loyalty is key to this family.
