Personal Assistant for one of the greatest Philanthropists in our city!

This CEO runs one of the most inspiring companies in Los Angeles and needs an incredibly warm personal assistant to help run the home. You will be responsible for overseeing all home activities including meeting with vendors, coordinating with the executive assistant in the office for all scheduling, overseeing holiday gifts, running errands and driving the CEO to and from the office. This is an incredible opportunity to work with an extraordinary individual who has done wonderful work in the community and continues to be a driving force in the philanthropy world. The “perfect” candidate embodies discretion and loyalty. You understand the important of trustworthiness and a can-do attitude with a smile. Though you might be juggling 5 tasks, you never show signs of stress; rather, you execute what needs to be accomplished while holding your polite composition. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow as this philanthropist keeps employees for years. You must be flexible with your hours as the days could start early, end late and often will include weekends when meetings and travel are involved. The position starts mid-June. This will be a $25-30/hour position, depending on your experience. We will only consider applicants with a proven record of loyalty with previous employers and at least 3 years of high profile personal assistant experience.
