Personal Assistant for philanthropist and art collector

A prominent philanthropist and distinguished art collector is looking for a highly capable Personal Executive Assistant. This is a rare chance to work alongside a visionary leader who is deeply committed to cultural advancement and social impact.
You will serve as the essential partner to a principal whose days span board meetings at major cultural institutions, philanthropic strategy sessions, and helping with art programs in the city. This position requires someone who can seamlessly navigate between the worlds of high-level philanthropy, contemporary art, and private wealth management.
You will be:
Managing complex calendars across multiple time zones and commitments. Coordinating travel arrangements for art acquisitions, foundation work, and cultural events . Overseeing correspondence and maintaining absolute discretion with sensitive information. Managing logistics for private collection installations, loans to institutions, and charitable initiatives. Anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise.
The Ideal Candidate
You bring at least three years of experience supporting a high-net-worth individuals, preferably with exposure to the art world or nonprofit sector. Your organizational skills are impeccable, your judgment sound, and your ability to maintain confidentiality absolute. You possess natural grace under pressure, exceptional interpersonal skills, and genuine enthusiasm for art and philanthropy. A bachelor’s degree is required; knowledge of the contemporary art landscape is highly valued.
