Personal Assistant House Manager Position in Los Feliz

Super creative and laid-back couple with incredible historic home in Los Feliz seeks a new full-time PA/HM. There are three homes: the main residence, an office in the Hollywood Hills, and a rental in Laurel Canyon. The latter two properties don’t require much oversight, but the main house does. Duties are liaising with vendors, overseeing home improvement projects, scheduling home maintenance, managing complex calendars, making/tracking house-related payments, monitoring emails (including tour & rental requests), stocking the house, managing deliveries/returns, walking the property and noting any issues, managing vehicles, scheduling appointments, running errands, pet care (appointments), travel coordination & gift buying. This list is illustrative, but not exhaustive. Familiarity with Sonos systems, WIFI systems & Vantage lighting systems is a plus. Tech wise, candidates should be Google Doc/Google Drive savvy. We are looking for a fully vaccinated candidate who lives on the East side and has minimum five years previous local experience as a Personal Assistant/House Manager. The Principals are extremely kind and respectful — for sure lots of positive team vibes!! The individual who is being replaced has been with the employer for 13+ years and will be staying on in a new role. That’s the kind of house this is.
