Personal Assistant/House Manager

We are looking for an impeccable Estate Manager to work with a wonderful family who divides their time between Brentwood & Pacific Palisades. This is a couple with one teenage child, and a staff. The ideal candidate will be financially savvy, familiar with labor law, great with people, hyper-organized, and ego-free. This is a home where the boss is not afraid to clean a toilet, and wants her staff to be willing to do the same! You will be the right hand to the Lady of the house, though the job is heavier on Estate Management than Assisting. You will manage vendor and employee sign-in sheets, track PTO, hire/fire/manage staff, and oversee maintenance & construction on two homes. You will also be asked to drive the Man of the house upon occasion, as he is disabled and no longer able to drive. Candidates must have very strong verbal and written communication skills and minimum five years experience managing an estate.This exempt position pays between $63k and $73k, and is offered with full benefits (health, vision & dental for employee and family), retirement benefits, life insurance, paid time off and bonuses.
