A high profile client is seeking a dedicated and polished personal assistant/ house manager to assist in organizing their home and her career in Hollywood. This will entail, calendar, some help with social media and communication. provide admin support, help oversee the property and help with any outside vendors as well as a housekeeper. You must be well spoken, have a college degree, and a calm and professional demeanor.
They are looking for a motivated individual who values confidentiality and has a few years of experience, ideally working in a household setting for C-Level Executives or someone in the spotlight.
The salary is commensurate with experience + strong benefits package.
2-5 years of Personal Assistant or Household Manager experience for a high profile individual
Proficiency in scheduling and Google Suite
Handle confidential information in a discreet manner
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a high-level environment
Professional and proactive
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
