Successful MomEntrepreneur is in need of a flexible, dynamic and stylish PA who lives westside.

The family splits their time between Santa Monica and Dallas. You will be based out of Santa Monica and some travel will be needed to and from Dallas. Mom is a very busy fashion business owner who is always coming up with something new all while raising 5 children so she needs a fantastic right hand!

You must be UBER ORGANIZED and able to switch gears seamlessly. Everyday is different. You will be charged with seeing different business projects through in addition to making sure all of the personal and family tasks are sorted and taken care of. Everything from admin tasks such as as managing calendars, organizing meetings, creating systems, getting coffee and research.

Must be proficient with Google Drive, Microsoft Office, MAC/PC, social media management and IT troubleshooting.

The personal involves gifting, event planning, travel coordination, booking doctor appointments, restaurant reservations and more. It would be appreciated if you have a nanny background as they do have many children and it would be great if you could be a back up babysitter if needed and also understand how to apply to summer camps, deal with teachers, school applications, etc.

It is important that you know West LA. We are looking for a stylish, well traveled, well educated person. This would be the perfect job for someone straight out of an agency who knows how to roll calls and do extensive calendar and travel. Family would also be open to someone with event experience and knows how to juggle all the balls in the air.

We would love to find someone who is family oriented, organized, loves making their boss’ life easier and is interested in supporting a business woman!

Salary is DOE and there is health insurance after 90 days!
