Personal assistant needed for Philanthropist in Brentwood

One of our favorite LA Clients is looking for the best right hand person. We are looking for someone who is a quick thinker and able to think three steps ahead, while being able to shift gears at a moments notice. Must have excellent communication skills as you will be emailing and having conversations with many High Profile people on behalf of this client. This is a very busy individual and needs a professional, organized assistant who has 1-2 years experience working as an assistant. This is an entry level position as our client loves to groom recent college graduates! An interest in architecture and interior design would be ideal as our client loves to remodel and design homes!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Organizing vendors, maintaining lists and stocking the house

-Planning Domestic and International Travel

-Manage busy calendar including heavy events schedule

-Oversee household budget

-Assist with event planning

-Organize family gatherings

-Buy gifts (personal and business)

-Run person errands

Schedule is 9-5pm, M-F with flexibly to work occasional weekends for events.

Candidate must have a minimum of 1-2 years full time experience in a support role. Experience working in a private home is preferred as well so that you understand the dynamics. Must be extremely organized and meticulous. College degree is required. Local candidates only- must live in Los Angeles, the closer to the westside the better.
