Personal Assistant needed for Philanthropist

We are looking for an experienced, polished and professional career Personal Assistant for a HNW Philanthropist in San Francisco.

You will work out of the Family Office, and work directly with the House Manager as well as the Principals’ Executive Assistant. You will be responsible for managing the ever changing and busy schedule of the principal, as well as working with her team to make sure that her life runs smoothly.

We need a true team player, who can switch gears at a moments notice and wear a variety of hats.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is a hard worker, and who is a team player.

Candidate must be local in the Bay Area, as well as have a minimum of 7 years full time experience working as a Personal Assistant in busy, HNW homes.

Salary DOE, $130k+
