Personal Assistant who loves dogs needed for Topanga based startup founders

An exciting opportunity for an experienced personal assistant with long-term intent to support two Topanga-based founders of a world-positive startup. The Principals are looking for a driven professional who understands and appreciates the importance of high-level service. They are seeking a hyper-organized individual with outstanding written and verbal communication skills to ensure smooth sailing across their personal and professional lives and to act as their trusted extension. The individual should have a no-task-is-too-small mentality, be able to anticipate the needs of the Principals and to execute projects with precision and discretion. Additionally, the candidate should present well, be respectful of employer boundaries and have a cultural pulse on all things including restaurants, stores and entertainment that might be of interest to the Principals. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings an expertise in project management.

• Scheduling meetings and maintaining personal and work calendars for Principals
• Interfacing with vendors and service providers and managing payments
• Booking travel, online ordering, and local errands in Los Angeles
• Keeping track of personal and business ToDos for 2 Principals
• As-needed in-person support with home and office organization
• General home office support
• Miscellaneous personal and professional tasks as they arise
• Assist with mail and returns, unboxing deliveries, selling clothes, running errands, getting groceries, dry cleaning, selling items on OfferUp, etc. This also includes overseeing orders all the way through — personal and business items, home items repairs.

• Must be comfortable with dogs
Trusted to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• High level of professionalism and able to assist with special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.
• Flexible to work weekends and evenings.
Work independently but also take direction well
• Tech Savvy – Experience with G-suite and Monday.com preferred.
• Resourceful in terms of internet search and online shopping.
• Flexible and able to accommodate spontaneous changes to routines and plans.
• Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual, and honest as well as practical and efficient
• Positive attitude, team player, capable of working well with a vast array of high-quality vendors.
• Personable, gracious, and polite
• Excellent communications skills, both written and spoken.
• Expert Problem solver
• Must have long-term intent.

• 5 days a week in Topanga, and remote when Principals travel; occasional weekend days
• Available to respond via text after hours, especially when principals are traveling
• 12 month minimum commitment
• Must have reliable and insured car
• Salary: $80,000 DOE plus benefits after 3 months of employment
