Personal Assistant Needed in Montecito

A formal Montecito Estate is looking for a service oriented Personal Assistant to help keep this home running like a 5 star hotel. You will be responsible for calendar management for the Mr & Mrs, packing for the Mrs, travel planning and most other typical PA duties including but not limited to: gift buying, personal shopping, home office organization, some employee management, very occasional pet care and party planning.

You should be proficient on Mac and MS Suite (Excel is used daily in this home to keep things organized.)

Ideal candidate will love the idea of residing in sunny Montecito (relocation is an option for the perfect candidate), will have a minimum of 10 years full time experience working in the service industry. Any experience working in concierge at a luxury hotel would be a bonus as this family loves to feel taken care of!

Salary DOE, $65-$80k plus basic 401k plan, and generous PTO/medical benefits.
