Personal Assistant needed in Santa Monica

Personal Assistant needed Monday – Friday 10- 6 p.m. in Santa Monica for a fabulous lady. We are looking for someone positive and calm, hip and tech savvy. 
Duties include shopping, returns, itineraries, bill paying, reimbursements, tracking credit cards and making sure no fraud, organizing, gift buying, party planning, lots of returns and shopping. In addition you will work with the two executive housekeepers at both the LA and NY homes. Family has two dogs and a 16 year old son. 
Client pays on the books , salary DOE.
