Personal assistant needed in Texas for A-list Actor

A well-known actor based in Austin is looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to become an integral part of his busy life and team. This is a wonderful long-term opportunity—the previous assistant remained in the position for many years.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, polished, discreet, and always thinking several steps ahead. You will travel with the principal, oversee a demanding and ever-changing calendar, coordinate travel, pack and unpack luggage, and make sure hotel rooms and residences are stocked and prepared before every arrival.

You will also supervise and guide two runners, so previous management experience and the ability to delegate thoughtfully are important. We are looking for someone who can lead a small team while remaining hands-on and happy to manage both the big picture and the smallest details.

Responsibilities include:

Managing a very busy professional and personal calendar
Coordinating domestic and international travel
Traveling with the principal as needed
Packing and unpacking luggage
Preparing and stocking hotels and residences
Anticipating needs before, during, and after travel
Supervising and directing two runners
Handling last-minute changes calmly and efficiently
Maintaining complete confidentiality and discretion

The ideal candidate will have significant experience supporting a high-profile individual, executive, or entertainment professional. You must be flexible, resourceful, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where schedules can change quickly.

Compensation: $150,000 annually, DOE
