Personal Assistant needed part time for Actor and Director

One of the most genuine and hilarious multi hyphenates is look for an exceptional part time (with the potential to become full time) personal assistant. He is looking for a true professional assistant who has at least 3-5 years of experience within the entertainment industry supporting high level artists. The ideal assistant is organized, discreet, nurturing, creative, polished and very tech savvy with MAC products! Right now this will be Mondays and Fridays (though it could turn to full time,) and usually 9am-5pm but flexibility is important. You should love running around town as you will be running errands and prioritizing everything personal while also coordinating with his professional team of agents, publicists, etc. Please be a dog lover as you will be helping with his furry friend. It would be great if you are up to date with the hottest restaurants in town and always have ideas of where to send your boss and his clients to dinner. You must be a CAREER assistant – our client is looking to hire someone that will stay with him for years.
