Personal assistant till the end of May needed

The Personal Assistant (PA) provides proactive, high-quality administrative and organizational support to an executive (and his family) who values efficiency, discretion, and clear, concise communication. The ideal candidate will anticipate needs, streamline operations, and manage priorities with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities:
· Schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot travel for executive and his family (wife, mother-in-law, ex-wife, 7 children).
o White glove service through travel agency or private jet.
o Create itineraries and logistics. PA does not travel with Principal.
· Calendar and time management for work and personal meetings and events, medical appointments, etc.
o Respond to family requests as needed.
· Coordination of ticketing and other requests for his football (soccer) team ownership.
· Coordination with executive’s house staff, business managers, accountants, etc.
· Support personal and professional tasks as needed to keep the executive’s day running smoothly.
· Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work.
Key Qualities:
· Responsive, highly organized, reliable, and self-sufficient.
· Proactively anticipates needs and or obstacles.
· Strong judgment, discretion, and attention to detail.
· Communicates clearly and briefly—tailoring updates to the executive’s preferred style.
· Calm and professional demeanor.
Experience:
· Prior experience supporting senior executives in Finance or related industries
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency with calendar and task management tools (e.g., Outlook, Concur, Teams, etc.).
Working Conditions:
· will provide laptop and phone
· The PA will work from office when Principal is in Los Angeles, and remote the other times
· No travel required, lighter evening requests, and a few hours worked on average over the weekend.
